Nagusilan is a nongovernmental association about social care. It is nonprofit, apolitical and denominational. It is promoted by the people (retired or not) who voluntarily want to accompany, comfort and animate old people in situation of abandonment, loneliness or vulnerability. It was created in 1995. Is interesting to clarify that the most of them are pre-retired, retired, pensioner or housewifes; Another part is formed with young students who are being prepared intellectually and professionally to work as a psychologist or sociologist.
Atzegi (Gipuzkoan association in favour of the people with intellectual disability) was created in 1960 by a family that came together to fight in favor of some rights.
Nowadays, almost 50 years later, Atzegi is still fighting to improve the quality of life of the intellectual disabled people from Gipuzkoa and their families, it is still a place of junction and solidarity. They intend to be a travel partner across the whole vital process of the people with intellectual disability, from the birth, to the last stage of the life, offering advice to the families and services to the target people everywhere.
RAIS foundation (Socioworker integrationt supporter web - Red de Apoyo a la Integración Sociolaboral) was born in Madrid in 1998. Its creation was promoted by a group of professionals form different social areas to encourage the integration of excluded people or the people in risk of social exclusion. To achieve this, they develop projects just for homeless people and inmigrant people in risk of social exclusion.
During this years, the foundation has been expanding its scope to more social groups. It also has been expanded territorially, in diferent municipalities of the Community of Madrid, in the Valencian Community and in the Autonomic Community of Murcia. It also has been expanded to the Basque Country through the RAIS Euskadi association.

Facilitate the adaption prcess of the Romanian people to the socio economic context. The reception of the family and specially youths and children
Preserve the cultural identity of Romanian inmigrants
Promote the original culture and its traditions
Propitiate the situations of coexistence, welfare and cultural and academic development
The association Protectora de Animales y Plantas de Gipuzkoa (Animal and plants protector from Gipuzkoa) is not a kennel, it is a clinic refuge, where the animals live until they find a home. In contrast with a kennel, this animals do not finish killed when a lot of time passes. If there is empty space and the animals are not problematic they live in the refuge indefinitely.
